How can I file a consumer complaint with the Department of Transportation (DOT)?
Complaints and comments about airline service may be submitted to the Department of Transportation's Aviation Consumer Protection Division (ACPD) at http://www.dot.gov/airconsumer or by mail or telephone at:

Consumers with concerns about airline safety should call the Federal Aviation Administration toll-free at 1-866-TELL-FAA (1-866-835-5322).
